Courses are led by an experienced former CEO and HR Director with over 26 years in senior healthcare leadership.

Training is delivered live via interactive online using Microsoft Teams. This allows real-time engagement, practitioner case discussion, and tailored problem-solving - not pre-recorded content.
Typical sessions vary in length depending on the topic and level, and group sizes are deliberately small (maximum of 10 delegates) to ensure focused support and meaningful interaction.
Course fees are displayed on the individual course pages alongside availability. You can book a place directly through the website booking system.
Yes. If you cancel more than 14 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 10 % administration fee. No refund is available within 14 days of the course date. If Training 2Manage cancels a course, you may transfer to the next available session or request a refund.
Delegates should have:
A reliable internet connection
A computer or tablet with audio and video capability
Access to Microsoft Teams
For quality assurance and continuous improvement, sessions are recorded. Personal data use complies with relevant data protection standards and privacy policies.
