Courses

The courses are based on 36+ years of advising leaders, as well as managing employees directly, plus best practices to provide pragmatic guidance specifically for Registered Managers, Supervisors and Board members of CQC Registered Nursing/Care Homes, Homecare providers, Supported Housing and Extra Care Housing.

All courses are delivered live on Microsoft Teams, allowing participants to join from multiple locations. This approach removes the need for travel and accommodation, while also significantly reducing the overall cost of the course.
